Whites

White wine is refershing and delicioius when served chilled to about 70º.  Avoid serving white wine ice cold, as coldness reduces the wines flavor.

Chardonnay:  Brie, Mild Cheddar, Parmigiano, Swiss, Pork, Poultry

Sauvignon Blanc:  Mild or Sharmp Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Parmigiano, Swiss, Shrimp, Scallops, Smoked Salmon, Creamy Chicken or Creamy Pasta

Riesling:  Monterey Jack, Parmigiano, Swiss, Poultry, Fruit, Caramel, Light Cake

Gewürtraminer:  Swiss, Pork, Fruit, Caramel, Light Cake
