How it works:

1.) Earn 1 point for each $1.00 purchased in grocery items
2.) Get ten bonus points for every $10 of Food City's Brands purchased
3.) Get 50 bonus points with qualifying prescriptions
4.) 150 points earns you 15¢ off per gallon on a single fill-up (Up to a maximum of 20 gallons per fill-up)

When do points expire?

1.) Points earned in one month, will expire at the end of the following month.
2.) Example:  Points earned in March will expire April 30, 2011

What's included/excluded:
 
Included Brands:  Food City, Food Club, Valu Time, Kerns, Lay's Meat, Terry's, Kay's, Full Circle, Top Care, Academix, Domestix, Electrix and World Classics.

Excluded:  Tobacco, Alcohol, Gift Cards, Lottery Tickets, Video, Fuel, Stamps, Pharmacy, Money Orders, Sales Tax, etc.

Note:

Earn 50 additional points for qualifying Pharmacy prescriptions.

•  Excludes federally funded prescriptions and $4 generic prescription plan

Points earned during a particular month will expire at the end of the next month or during the promotion period.  Oldest points are redeemed first.  No limit on number of points you can redeem.  Food City ValuCard must be scanned at pump or presented to attendant and 15¢ discount per gallon will automatically be applied.  * Points earned will show up on your register receipt.
