Join us to explore nutrition facts and cooking methods to reduce your risk of heart disease. Charles W. Raudat, DO, F.A.C.S – Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon at Mountain States Medical Group – will be providing a heart healthy cooking demonstration. Elizabeth Hall, RDN, LDN – Registered Dietitian for K-VA-T Food Stores – will be discussing overall heart-healthy eating, meal planning, smart shopping, food preparation tips and more! Samples of heart-healthy recipes will be provided.
