Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium heat Mix ground beef with 2 tbsp of the dressing.
- Shape into 8 thin patties Mix remaining 1 tbsp dressing with the crumbled bacon Spoon about 1 tbsp of the bacon mixture onto the center of each of 4 of the patties Top with 2 cheese quarters and second patty Pinch edges of patties together to seal Grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160 deg F) Add condiments to buns as desired and enjoy!

"Loved these! At the time I made them we had 3' of snow so grilling wasn't an option. I fried mine on the stove tip and were very juicy. I also bought a package of pre-made crumbled bacon to save time. Husband gave 2 thumbs up!"

"Not bad, but I didn't like tasting so much ranch. Next time- I would rather season the beef and leave out the ranch. Great idea, though! It made it less messy to eat since all the ingredients were stuffed inside!"
