Healthy Sausage Stir Fry
This is a throw together dish. It will work with many different combinations of peppers, squash or even meat, enjoy!
Ingredients
Preparation
- All ingredients are suggestions and amounts can be changed to suit your own taste.
- Put olive olive in hot non stick skillet.
- Add sausage pieces and lightly brown.
- Add vegetables, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Salt and pepper to taste and saute until heated through.
- Reduce heat and cover.
- Cook until vegetables are just tender.
- Add abut 1/4 cup parsley and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Toss mixture and serve over riceor pasta.
- Add soy sauce at table if desired.
