"I thought it was great! I used a whole chicken and cooked on low for 7 hours. After reading some if the reviews, I cut back the oregano to 1tsp and used only 1 bay leaf. Only thing I'll do different next time is add artichokes and mushrooms."

"My picky kids loved it. I didn't have carrots so I didn't add then"

"Too much oregano, but otherwise pretty good."

"Great and easy recipe. Very flavorful! To personalize it a bit, I added artichokes, black olives and capers! It was quick to prepare! Highly recommend when you have little time to prepare. I cooked it for 7 hrs on slow. I used chicken cutlets, sliced thin."

"WAY too much oregano, and the bay leaves give it a bitterness. Also, I found the cook time too long because the chicken was overcooked (measured over 200deg). I may try this again, though, without the bay leaves and eliminate the oregano altogether. Fresh basil gave it a nice touch."
