Preparation
- Mix together corn bread, seasoned bread mix, seasonings, baking powder and celery.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix wll to moisten all ingredients.
- The ingredients should be crumbly, but able to stick together if pressed.
- If too dry add a little turkey broth.
- Be sure not to get too moist.
- Bake in a large roasting pan.
- Dot with margarine (1 stick).
- Lay a piece of foil over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

- When baking is done, remove from oven and cut into 1" squares.
- Return to oven for 1 hour.
- Revoe and let sit out until making dressing the next day.

"It was good but needed more liquid. I would recommend adding turkey droppings and/or chicken broth until it is good and moist otherwise it will be very dry after cooking."
