Preparation

  • Mix together corn bread, seasoned bread mix, seasonings, baking powder and celery.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix wll to moisten all ingredients.
  • The ingredients should be crumbly, but able to stick together if pressed.
  • If too dry add a little turkey broth.
  • Be sure not to get too moist.
  • Bake in a large roasting pan.
  • Dot with margarine (1 stick).
  • Lay a piece of foil over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

  • When baking is done, remove from oven and cut into 1" squares.
