Ingredients

    -- Cobbler --

    • -- Peaches --

Preparation

  • Cook peaches slightly with sugar, butter (1 T.), and cornstarch.
  • Set aside.
  • Melt 1 stick butter in pan and leave.
  • Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in milk.
  • Drop batter by spoonfuls into butter filled pan.
  • Pour in peaches.
  • Bake at 400? for 20 - 30 minutes.

"Oh wow! Amazing! Split the sugar on the peaches to a white/brown mix. Added cinnamon and nutmeg. Left in the oven for about 35 minutes."
