Preparation
- Cut pork into smaller chunks.
- Drain the pineapple chunks.
- Place onions and peppers in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Place the cut pork over the vegetables and top with the pineapple chunks.
- Even distribute the sauce over pork and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours (or high for 4 to 5).
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Using fork shred pork into desired serving size pieces.
- Place pork and vegetables on plate with cooked teriyaki rice.
- Serve with rolls.
