Preparation
- Drain pineapple, reserve 1 tablespoon juice and discarding the rest.
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, broccoli, celery, grapes, almonds and chives.
- In small bowl, combine the reserved juice, mayo, and sugar.
- Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
