Preparation
- Bake off cake in two 8" pans according to directions.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- Mix coffee with hot water.
- Mix coffee with whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate almond bark in a double boiler.
- Cut the two 8" cakes into half, creating 4 - 8" rounds.
- Place one round onto cake platter and spread a third of the whipped topping coffee mix on it.
- Place a second round on top of it and repeat until the fourth round is placed on top.
- Decorate the cake with the chocolate buttercream icing.
- Press the semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips into the icing.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate almond bark over the cake.
