- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Sift together the flour and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
- Stir in the dry ingredients.
- Pour the drippings into a baking dish or 12-hole muffin tin and heat in the oven until the fat is smoking.
- Remove the pan from the oven and pour in the batter.
- Return the pan back to the oven and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
