Preparation
- Heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat.
- Cook the Thin Pork Chops in a saute pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook till done and cool.
- Grease a shallow metal half pan with pan spray.
- Whisk mayo and Dijon mustard together.
- Slice the rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Place the bottom half in the metal.
- Spread mayonnaise mix over bottom buns, top with pork, then ham, then place a pickle every.
- Top with Shredded Cheese, place top buns on top.
- Brush the margarine over the bun tops.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350 F oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove foil & bake for 5 minutes.
- You can use pulled pork or leftover pork pot roast in place of the thin pork chops.
