Preparation

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat.
  • Cook the Thin Pork Chops in a saute pan, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook till done and cool.
  • Grease a shallow metal half pan with pan spray.
  • Whisk mayo and Dijon mustard together.
  • Slice the rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
  • Place the bottom half in the metal.
  • Spread mayonnaise mix over bottom buns, top with pork, then ham, then place a pickle every.
  • Top with Shredded Cheese, place top buns on top.
  • Brush the margarine over the bun tops.
  • Cover with foil and bake in 350 F oven for 8 minutes.
  • Remove foil & bake for 5 minutes.
  • You can use pulled pork or leftover pork pot roast in place of the thin pork chops.
