Preparation
- Thaw Chicken and Mini Waffles.
- Melt soft margarine.
- Mix together Maple syrup and hot sauce.
- Place in small metal container or bowl.
- Keep mini waffles connected in sets of 4, brush both sides with melted margarine.
- Heat Grill to medium heat with a top grill rack or indirect heat in one area.
- Place crispy chicken tenders on medium heat section or upper grill rack.
- Watch chicken strips as to not burn the breading.
- Moving to a cooler area on the grill as needed.
- Cook until inside is 140 F.
- Place waffle sets on the grill and grill until both sides are just lightly browned.
- Separate mini Eggo waffles into individuals.
- Cut chicken strips into mini waffle size chunks.
- Place a mini waffle on the plate, then place a chicken chunk, then drizzle with hot maple, and then top with another mini waffle.
- Place a bread and butter pickle on top then pick with toothpick of choice.
