Preparation
- Cut beef into 1-inch pieces.
- In 5-quart multi-cooker, heat 1 tablespoon oil on sauté-normal; add beef and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.
- In medium bowl, whisk gochujang sauce, seasoning, vinegar, ginger, ¼ cup water and remaining 1 tablespoon oil; transfer to multi-cooker.
- Place lid on multi-cooker and close pressure valve to seal; cook 40 minutes on manual (pressure cook mode).
- Turn pressure valve to vent to release steam; let stand 10 minutes before removing lid.
- Prepare riced cauliflower as label directs.
- Shred the carrot.
- Thinly slice green onions.
- Serve beef mixture over cauliflower topped with onions, carrots and sesame seeds.
