Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place frozen meatballs on a baking sheet and bake until done, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, toss broccoli with a little olive oil, a sprinkling of garlic powder, salt and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Capers make a nice addition to the broccoli, if desired.
- Place broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes.
- While meatballs and broccoli are in the oven, bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain pasta then return to pot.
- Toss pasta with sauce.
- Add pasta to serving bowls and top with meatballs, roasted broccoli and shaved Parmesan (optional).
