Food City Family Race Night Coming to Sevierville, TN
Abingdon, VA. - Thursday, Mar 28, 2019.

Food City Family Race Night is one of the premier pre-race events on the NASCAR circuit.  The popular fan-based event is coming to the Sevierville Convention Center on Thursday, April 4th. 

Fans can expect an exciting line-up of NASCAR Series drivers, celebrities, interactive sessions, show cars, simulators, souvenir trailers and entertainment, combined with an impressive display of more than 50 antique tractors and a massive offering of free food samples (while supplies last).  Festivities will get underway at 4 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. 

$5.00 advance tickets are currently on sale at area Food City locations.  Tickets will also be available for $6.00 the day of the event.  Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.  Proceeds benefit Sevier County Partners in Progress Education Program.  To date, Food City Family Race Night has contributed more than $565,000 to area non-profit organizations throughout our region.

Please note that scheduling and driver appearances are subject to change and autographs are limited to time availability. 

Live entertainment begins at 4:30 p.m. and features a number of talented artists, including Kaitlyn Baker (4:30-5:30 p.m.) and Ready for Rain (6:30-7:30 p.m.).  Welcome ceremonies will take place at 5:30 p.m., featuring ESPN Analyst, Dr. Jerry Punch and WATE 6 On Your Side Sports Director, Marshall Hughes as Masters of Ceremony. Several special announcements will be made, including a special memorial presentation for beloved Sevierville Mayor, Bryan Atchley.
