
Folds Of Honor Tennessee Receives $10,000 From Regional Food City Promotion

Food City partnered with Eagle Distributing Company, Holston Distributing Company, and TriStar Beverage of Chattanooga to host a promotion to benefit Anheuser-Busch’s Folds of Honor program. For every case of Budweiser 24-pack of 12 oz. cans sold in the month of July at regional Food City locations, $1.00 was donated to Folds of Honor Tennessee, totaling $10,000.
The donation check was presented to Folds of Honor Tennessee on Tuesday, August 20, at Food City on Malone Creek Drive in Knoxville.
Folds of Honor is a nonprofit organization that provides life-changing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military and first responders. Since its inception in 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded more than 52,000 scholarships totaling nearly $244 million. Minority recipients represent 45% of all scholarships awarded. In 2022, the organization expanded its mission to America’s first responders, including police, fire, EMTs, and paramedics.
With a century-long commitment to supporting the military and honoring those who serve our country, Anheuser-Busch is proud to continue its support of Folds of Honor as the organization’s longest-standing partner. Together, Anheuser-Busch, its brands, and wholesaler partners have donated $28 million over the past 14 years, which has funded over 5,000 scholarships for Folds of Honor recipients.

Folds of Honor is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military and first responders.
