Official Rules and Regulations

Presented by K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. - No Purchase Necessary

HOW TO ENTER: Entries will be accepted in two ways: electronic and mail-in.

ELECTRONIC ENTRIES: Apply for a Food City ValuCard by filling out an official application form available at participating Food City Stores. No purchase is necessary to obtain the card. After registration is complete, each time you use your Food City ValuCard to purchase $10 in participating Mayfield items in the same transaction between June, 15th, 2026, through August 2nd, 2026, you will receive one entry. Limit one entry per visit.

MAIL-IN ENTRIES: Handprint in ink on a 3x5 card your name, address, daytime, and evening phone numbers and mail in an envelope with postage affixed to America’s Summer Celebration Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1158, Abingdon, VA 24212. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. All entries must be hand printed. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. All mail-in entries must be received by August, 2nd, 2026. Improper, incomplete, mutilated, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage-due or misdirected mail-in entries. Entries become the property of K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. and will not be returned.

 

HOW IT WORKS: On or about August 3rd, 2026, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received via both entry methods combined. Eleven (11) prize winners will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by phone. Sponsor is not liable for any potential winner’s failure to respond to Sponsor’s notification, whether Sponsor’s notification by telephone call successfully reaches the potential winner, for any reason, including incorrect number, telecommunications failure, power outage, and electronic disruption of any form. Decisions of the Sponsor is final on all Sweepstakes matters.

 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Ten (10) 1st prize winners will receive one (1) year supply of Mayfield Milk And Ice Cream and four (4) 1-Day passes to Dollywood. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) year supply of Mayfield Milk and Ice Cream, four (4) 2027 Dollywood Silver Season Passes, One (1) $150 Food City Fuel Card and One (1) Night stay at Dollywood’s Dreammore Resort. ARV $12,440 total winning prizes.

 

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, you must be a legal resident of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama or West Virginia, 18 years or older at the time of entry (except residents of Alabama must be 19 years of age or older). Employees of K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., “Food City”, its employees, directors, officers’ subsidiaries and affiliates, employees and immediate family members living within the same household of any of the aforementioned parties, are not eligible to enter and, therefore, not eligible to win.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of each winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release form (as permitted by law), prior to acceptance of prize. Noncompliance within 24 hours of date of notice will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Failure to respond to prize notification or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Each winner must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture, or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. By acceptance of the prize, each winner and agrees to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., “Food City”and their employees, directors, officers, affiliates, and subsidiaries, from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect Food City ValuCard data, electronic, network, computer/scanner failures, technical malfunction of computer hardware/software, or technical failures of any kind, including error in entry submission, whether human, mechanical or electronic of any kind in the automatic entry process.

If a winning entry is received via the automatic entry method and a dispute arises as to the identity of the winner, the prize will be awarded to the person in whose name the swiped Food City ValuCard was issued, regardless of who made the purchase that resulted in the winning entry.

The name of each prize winner in this Sweepstakes will be available after August 7th, 2026, and may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a written request to America’s Summer Celebration– Winner List, 1 Food City Cir, Abingdon, VA 24210

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. [P.O. Box 1158, Abingdon, VA 24212]. Mayfield, Dollywood, and Dollywood’s Dreammore Resort are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of the entries, or the conduct of any drawing.
