2026 Food City Park & Party VIP Pass Giveaway

Official Rules and Regulations

HOW TO ENTER:
 
SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRIES:  Entries will be received via Facebook and Instagram or via mail-in entry. No Purchase Necessary. 
To enter on Facebook and/or Instagram, participants must:
1.    Follow Food City, Bush’s Beans and Swaggerty Farms Sausage on Facebook or Instagram.
2.    Like the giveaway post.
3.    Tag 3 people in the comments of the giveaway post 

MAIL-IN ENTRIES:  Handprint in ink on a 3x5 card your name, address, and phone number and mail in an envelope with postage affixed to Food City Park & Party VIP Pass Giveaway P.O. Box 1158, Abingdon, VA 24212.  Limit one entry per card.  All entries must be hand printed.  No mass or mechanically reproduced entries accepted.  All mail-in entries must be received by March 22, 2026. Improper, incomplete, mutilated, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage due or misdirected mail-in entries. Entries become the property of KVAT Food Stores, Inc. and will not be returned.
HOW IT WORKS: 
From March 18, 2026 to March 22, 2026, Food City will host the giveaway on its Facebook and Instagram pages. Each qualifying comment that includes 3 tags, made before 11:59 PM EST on March 22, 2026, will serve as one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Entries are accepted on Facebook and Instagram. Users may enter on one or both platforms.

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Facebook and Instagram. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
•    Four (4) tickets to the 2026 Food City 500 and (4) tickets to the 2026 Suburban Propane 300, a total retail value of approximately $1,028.68
•    One (1) Swaggerty's Farm Tailgate Zone 2-Day Combo for April 11 & 12, 2026, a retail value of the prize is approximately $224.00
•    One (1) 10x10 branded tailgate tent, two (2) branded tailgate chairs, one (1) branded cast iron skillet with cooking utensils, a total retail value of approximately $290.00
•    One (1) branded cornhole board set, a total retail value of approximately $350.00

ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to participate, you must be a legal resident of the you must be a legal resident of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama or West Virginia, 18 years or older at the time of entry (except residents of Alabama must be 19 years of age or older). Employees of K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., and its subsidiaries or affiliates, their officers, directors, and shareholders, including immediate family members living within the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of prizes permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of each winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The winners and/or winners’ guests agree to release and hold harmless K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation or prize use.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Instagram/Facebook. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

WINNER INFORMATION:
The name of each prize winner will be available after April 1, 2026. To obtain the winners’list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a written request to: 2026 Food City Park & Party VIP Giveaway – Winner

Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

Winners will grant K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. and other giveway sponsors the irrevocable right to use photographs of each winner for promotional and marketing materials, printed publications, website and digital media, social media platforms and other internal and external communications related to this giveaway.  Winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product where their likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.  Winners release and discharges K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., its employees, agents and representatives and giveaway sponsors from any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising from the use of the photographs.
