Come home to a taste of the islands with this Easy Hawaiian Pork BBQ recipe.
1 package ShortCuts Fresh Cut Fajita Mix
2-3 pound boneless pork roast
1 package of Campbell's® Slow Cooker Sauces - Hawaiian Pork
20 oz can of Dole Pineapple Chunks
1 package Uncle Ben’s Teriyaki Style Ready Rice
12 ct package of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Cut pork into smaller chunks. Darin the pineapple chunks. Place onions and peppers in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the cut pork over the vegetables and top with the pineapple chunks. Even distribute the sauce over pork and vegetables. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours (or high for 4 to 5). Heat rice according to package directions. Using fork shred pork into desired serving size pieces. Place pork and vegetables on plate with cooked teriyaki rice. Serve with rolls.
