Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine with flavors of dark jammy fruits such as blackberry, dark cherry and black current with hints of vanilla, coffee, caramel and mocha.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb and blue cheese.



Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a crisp medium to full bodied white wine. It has flavors of tropical fruit — apple, pear, peach and pineapple — and hints of butter, vanilla and caramel.

Chardonnay pairs well with chicken, turkey, pork and fish.



Merlot
