Official Rules & Regulations

Sponsor: K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. (“Food City”) – No Purchase Necessary

HOW TO ENTER:
Entries will be received via Instagram. To enter, participants must:
1.    Follow @FoodCityGrocery on Instagram.
2.    Like the Contest post.
3.    Comment your favorite road trip snack from Food City and tag a friend you’d take with you.

HOW IT WORKS:
From July 18 to July 23, 2025, Food City will host the contest on its Instagram page. Each qualifying comment made before 11:59 PM EST on July 23, 2025, will serve as one (1) entry into the Contest. Limit one (1) tag per comment; unlimited entries allowed. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified by announcement on the Food City Instagram page on July 24, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):  One (1) winner will receive the following:  
•    One (1) $500 Food City Gift Card; and
•    Four (4) tickets to Dollywood Theme Park
Total retail value of the prize is approximately $700.00.
Total ARV of Prizes - $1,200.00
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to participate, you must be a legal resident of the you must be a legal resident of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama or West Virginia, 18 years or older at the time of entry (except residents of Alabama must be 19 years of age or older). Employees of K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc., and its subsidiaries or affiliates, their officers, directors, and shareholders, including immediate family members living within the same household, are not eligible to enter  and therefore, not eligible to win.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of prizes permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects.  The winner and winner’s guests agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge KVAT Food Stores, Inc. and its employees, directors, officers, affiliates, and subsidiaries of each company, from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of Contest entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prizes.  This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Contest.
