ShortCuts Vegetable Kabobs are fresh cut in-store everyday. This recipe is so easy and delicious. Just heat up your grill and dinner is ready in no time. Great as a side or a main course. No grill, no problem! These skewers can also be baked in the oven.

- In a large zip-top bag place the ShortCuts Vegetable Kabobs.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl zest then juice the lemon, you need 1/4 cup of juice.
- Add the rest of the marinade ingredients to the bowl and whisk together.
- Taste marinade and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Pour marinade over kabobs and seal top.
- Set aside for 10 minutes to marinade while grill heats up (you can marinade longer if desired).
- Place skewers on the grill over a medium-high heat and cook until vegetables start to soften and slightly char, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip vegetables over, baste with left over marinade and continue to cook until done.
- To bake in the oven, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place skewers onto a baking sheet.
- Place veggies into oven and roast until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
