Black Bean Brownies
Delectable brownies with one secret ingredient - black beans. Simple to whip together for a fiber filled decadent dessert.

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into food processor or high powered blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in the chips, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.
- If brownies are not set after baking, allow to cool for 10 minutes, and then place in fridge for 2 hours until firmed up.
