The winner will represent Food City at the Food City Dirt Race in the Spring, the Food City 300 in the Fall, plus Grand Openings and many other special events.

Deadline for entry is October 14, 2021. Entrants will be limited to the first 20 applications received. 

McGlothlin Center for the Arts on the campus of Emory & Henry College, Saturday, November 6th at 7:00 p.m.

The 2022 Miss Food City Pageant is slated for Saturday, November 6th at 7:00 p.m. This year's event will be held at the McGlothlin Center for the Arts on the campus of Emory & Henry College located at 30481 Garnand Drive in Emory, VA.

Tickets will be available at the door on the night of the event. Adult tickets are $10 and children 5 and under are free.

The pageant is presented by the Twin City Woman’s Club and co-sponsored by WXBQ 96.9, with event proceeds benefitting their sponsored projects and charities.

The first pageant was held in the Bristol Mall in 1992.
