Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Steam broccoli with salted water until crisp tender.
- Combine eggs, mayo, soup, and onion.
- Fold in Broccoli and 2 cups of the cheese and pepper.
- Spoon into lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with crumbs and remaining cheese, bake 10 more minutes.

"Quick, easy and delicious! I didn't have enough cheddar, so I threw in some pepperjack. Left out the topping. Served with roast beef, so au jus gravy on it too. Too salty, but still broccoli crack!"
