Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Steam broccoli with salted water until crisp tender.
  • Combine eggs, mayo, soup, and onion.
  • Fold in Broccoli and 2 cups of the cheese and pepper.
  • Spoon into lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Top with crumbs and remaining cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
