Banana Bread Pancakes

Preparation
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, buttermilk, sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture; stir just until combined.
- Heat an electric griddle to 375 degrees or a nonstick skillet over medium-low; coat with nonstick spray.
- Drop batter by 2 Tbsp onto griddle and cook until bubbles appear and bottoms are browned; about 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook until brown; about 2 minutes more.
- Serve with syrup, sliced bananas and chopped toasted pecans.

"These were delicious! I used half the butter and double the buttermilk to loosen up the batter. When bubbles formed on one side i sprinkled chopped walnuts on top before i flipped them. My husband (a banana lover)gobbled them up!"
