Experience a cooking demo from Chef Tony, Elizabeth Hall, Food City Registered Dietitian, & ETSU Dietetic Interns featuring balanced meal planning and healthy cooking methods. Samples of nutritious recipes will be provided. This cooking demo will be held in the Crowne Center which is located upstairs in the Food City on Eastman Road. The demo is free to the public.
